Feeling depressed? Poor results? Hopeless? Wipe that glummy look off your face, and look on the brighter side of life!

Bonjour people, challenges we face everyday, regardless of the outcome, are meant to make us stronger. Everyone experience such challenges. Believe me, it'll only make you to be a better person in the future. In my own eyes, I must say that a lot of teenagers in this modern world are destined to numerous challenges and as a result, they are caught in difficult situations as well. In addition, the adults were not spared too. In this ever-improving modern era, things have been advanced and updated, and require a lot of new skills. Some adults who did not oppose such kind of skills faced the worst consequences, they're sacked from their work! They can't support their family, their family suffers, and their life is ruined!

So, we have been warned, that there are millions of challenges we are to face, especially in this modern world. Yet, there are people who stand out from the others and are successful. Ever wonder how we could be like them? Easy! just follow their footsteps, and be careful in every step you take!

Here are some tips which you can apply or follow. Aimer!

1) CONFIDENCE. Yes, that's it. People who have no confidence, is like body without blood vessels, empty and hollow. You must have the confidence to do something if you want to succeed on it. You can start by doing something easy, and continue on a much more difficult task and so on. Your confidence will grow slowly, and eventually, you'll be a confident person. remember, Confidence doesn't come in you overnight, so take your time and do it slowly.

2) PERSEVERE.
Mes a mis. persevere, persevere through the dark times, persevere through the thorny path, persevere persevere and persevere. People, you might have failed in your life. get up, and continue on your journey. Seek help, or evaluate and reflect upon yourself, why you fail. Never give up. Even the greatest will fail. The difference between you people and them, is that when they fail, they stand up, and fight again and again. So, you know what to do. Alors, Persevere!

3) BE HAPPY.
dear ladies and gentlemen. be happy. you'll never know who might fall in love with your cheery smile=)))). A happy face makes you confident, and steady as well. Remember, nobody wants to look at someone who's gloomy, because you guys disgust them! Always look on the bright side of life!

4) FOCUS.
Guys, we are humans. We are not and DON"T BEHAVE like machines. We are just ordinarie. Concentrate on one thing at a time. Focus on it, give it all and succeed. Happy right? You would rather want to experience this pleasure, than having a lot of commitments on numerous things and then suffer. What will you get? More scoldings. Then what? demoralized. Then? You'll feel hopeless and we'll have to start from square one. So, plan and layout carefully..insya allah, you'll succeed.=)

5) GIVE IT ALL.
Monsieur signors and senoritas. In whatever you do, whatever you face, you must always GIVE IT ALL. Especially if it's your exams, or your interests such as sports and arts, etc. You'll get the benefits from it and certainly, it's a nice SENsaTION! Don't adopt the monkey see monkey do attitude. You'll only make a fool of yourself, you guys are actually monkeys. Your life, your world, you choose, you decide. Decide wisely!

So by far, i've listed down some values in which you need to cultivate in your daily life to face this challenges. I hope you guys are enlightened and will be strong in the future. All the best guys, ladies and gentlemen. My spirit are always there supporting you. So, believe deeply in yourself. Viva La Success!

IT IS BELIVED THAT 3 OUT OF 10 PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS CONTROLLING THEIR ANGER.

Anger is an emotional state that can vary from slight irritation to intense fury and violent rage. Anger is caused accumulation of personal thoughts or what they hear, what the see, by other peopl, or at times beacuse of a certain event that dwells within their mind consistently. This emotion might naturally disappear after sometime or might be eased by someone. However, some people cannot control their anger and they absolutely have no control of their rage, even if it is caused by small events. They respond aggresively, and often hurt their neighbours to ease their tension. This particular group of poeple can vary in age, from 3 years of age to even 90 years old., and they are in need of " anger management" .

According to Charles Spielberger, PhD, a psychologist who specializes in the study of anger, anger management helps to " reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes." There are plenty of ways in which an individual can control their anger.

Hygiene. Find it a hassle? Think again.

Believe it, even pigs can be cleaner than most people. With the hot weather of sunny Singapore, it's hard not to walk among a crowd and smell some horrible stench of sweat and dirt. Especially the streets where old man wearing singlets lurk in. So you may ask, why can't this people just spend 10 minutes scrubbing themselves clean with a 1 dollar soap and 9 litres of water. Simple.
Here are 10 reasons why.


  1. Because they have no time to do so, especially when 23 hrs of the whole day is spent on work.
  2. Because they are generally homeless.
  3. Because they have been rolling in mud since their kampong days and apparently do not understand "Personal Hygiene".
  4. Because they are too lazy to do so.
  5. Because they are self-deluded and strongly believe they have absolutely no germs on their "clean" bodies.
  6. Because they have a fetish for being dirty.
  7. Because they think being dirty is being "manly".
  8. Because they think being "wild smelling" would give them a better chance of attracting the opposite sex.
  9. Because they want to be in the "Guiness Book OfWorld Records" for the world's most smelly human, probably even animal. (No hope in competing with the skunk)
  10. Because they are "Nos. 1 to 9".

( Absolutely no offence meant for the above, it's just for bringing the point across.)

So what do you need to be clean and stop being a scorge of clean ,clean mankind?

Bring in the Ministry of Health!!!!....

Besides that, well here are ten more ways you can do to keep yourself be the cleanest human in the world.

  1. Undertake a personal grooming course, preferably held by the Ministry of Health.
  2. Love yourself.
  3. Love the water.
  4. Love the feeling of water splashing down and cleansing your body.
  5. Force yourself to scrub your body so hard that you become as red as a lobster.
  6. With reference to number 5, tell your friends that you have been suntanning at Mauritus and watch them go green with envy.
  7. Attempt to go into the Guiness Book of World Records(copyright) for being the most hygienic person in the world.
  8. Grab your old rubber ducky and jump into the filled bathtub, reminiscing about your childhood when you did the same thing.
  9. Smell your underarms and grimace at the horrific smell that is like a pile of rubbish.
  10. Compare yourself and a rubbish dump. Be depressed when you see the rubbish is much much nice smelling than yourself and be motivated to clean up yourself.

Come on, get real, is cleaning so difficult?

(.") Dogs are loving and loyal creatures that will never abandon you (marriage pledge). They will always stay by you no matter what happens. (".)
See the photo above? Can't you see how eager it is to meet its owner? Have anyone waited for you like this? Isn't it wonderful to have someone so devoted staying by your side??

  1. Dogs are the only creature known to be able to guard human's properties.
  2. Dogs are faithful creatures that will stay by your side when you need them.
  3. Dogs have a keen sense of smell and hearing, these allow them to find you when you are in danger.
  4. Playing with or just looking at dogs helps one to relax and stay cheerful.
  5. There are many breeds of dogs... So, you can choose what is best for you!

Remember... dogs are cute when young but they will grow up (not that they are not cute anymore). Only buy pets when you decided to keep them for life... Also, buying a pet is not just between you and your pet, it is about the whole family. Ask your family before buying a pet.('-') Buying a dog is not just a responsibility, it is also a special course for you. It helps to train you, you can learn many values, keeping your dog safe, feeding them and taking them out for a walk… These are all your job! Your dog will need attention, love and respect from you, food and water are not enough! At the end of this course, you will learn to respect, to be responsible, to be caring and many other more values that will not only benefit you but also everyone around you! Think about it, it’s worth it. (-.-)
